Archive or Restore Service Providers

You can archive a provider profile if it is no longer being used.

Archive or Restore Service Providers

To Archive a Provider navigate to Active Providers. 

Click on the radial buttons to the right of the Provider listing. Select Archive and confirm.

Note: if there is an active Service Agreement with an active Plan or any unpaid invoices for this Provider, it will not be possible to archive them at this time. A warning message will display

 

To Restore a Provider navigate to Archived Providers.

Click on the radial buttons to the right of the Provider in the listing. Select Restore and confirm.
