You can archive a provider profile if it is no longer being used. Claims can not be created for archived providers.
Archive a Service Provider
- Navigate to Active Providers.
- Click on the radial buttons to the right of the Provider listing.
- Select Archive and confirm.
Note: if there is an active Service Agreement with an active Plan or any unpaid invoices for this Provider, it will not be possible to archive them at this time. A warning message will display
Restore a Service Provider
- Navigate to Archived Providers.
- Click on the buttons to the right of the Provider in the listing.
- Select Restore and confirm.
