Archive or Restore Service Providers

A provider profile can be archived or deactivated. Both options prevent claims from being created for that provider. Deactivating a provider retains all Service Agreement information.

Deactivate a provider with Service Agreements

This feature serves as an alternative to Archiving a Provider, allowing you to retain all Service Agreement information without losing any historical data.

Once a Provider is marked as Inactive, you will no longer be able to create claims for them, and they will be removed from your Active Provider Listing, appearing instead in your Inactive Provider Listing.

By flagging a Provider as Inactive, you preserve the entire history of Service Agreements linked to that Provider. This functionality ensures that you can maintain a comprehensive record within Planability of any claims associated with those agreements, including relevant Service Agreement dates and amounts.

Inactive Providers can later be Activated to restore them to your Active Providers, or Archived.
