Blank pages or issues with log in

On occasion, your web browser may be caching an older version of the Planability site, which may hinder your user experience.

Accessing Planability from your web browser is often done via a bookmark or shortcut link. Some Plan Management Agencies will have their own unique URL for bookmarking. This applies to the Plan Managers and Participants only. Contact your agency to confirm their specific web address, or URL, for Planability.

Support Coordinators and Carers should always login at app.plan-ability.com.au

If you see a Blank Page on the login

If a page is not loading for you properly or you cannot view a claim to approve it, please try refreshing your browser. Some refreshes are better than others. Occasionally a 'hard refresh' may be required to clear your browser's cache for a specific page. This will force it to load the most recent version of a page. A hard refresh ignores the cache and requests a new set of pages from the server, which ensures any updates are reflected.

To hard refresh on Google Chrome on Windows
Hold down CTRL (Control) + Shift and click R
or
Hold down CTRL and F5 key.

Hard refresh Mac:
Hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.
Or, hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then press R.

What if the hard refresh is still not helping?

Planability has built in checks to make sure it is showing you the latest version of the software, although sometimes, your browser may need to have its cache cleared. Different browsers handle that in their own way. See instructions for your browser from the list below, or search for "How to clear the browser cache" for more details.

Google Chrome

  • Use Ctrl+Shift+Delete or open the 3 dots menu > Delete browsing data... select "All time," check "Cached images and files," and click "Delete from this device".
