You can change your password at any time.
A Username and Password is created for you when your Plan Management Agency gives you access to Planability.
You can update or change your Password at any time by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen once you have logged in.
Click Change Password:
You will need to enter your current Password followed by your new Password and then enter it again to confirm.
Click Submit to save your new Password.
