Use the Claim Line Report to easily filter and search for specific claim line information, and conveniently export the results to a .csv file.
Generate a Claim Line Report
- Navigate to Reports > Claim Line Report
- Use the Search Option fields to refine the data displayed.
Search by Participant / Plan / Provider / Invoice Number / Claim Status / Payment Status / Line Status / Payment Reference Number (PRN) / Beneficiary / Date Type / Support Category / Support Code - Click Search
- Click the
icon to download the data in .csv format.
You can edit the column selection to remove columns that are not relevant to your search:
Service Agreement assignment
When downloaded, a Claim Line Report includes a column for Service Agreement Amount (SA Amount). This displays the $value of any claim line that has been claimed against a Service Agreement.
Date filter Types
Change the Date Filter Type to refine your search further. For instance, filter by the date of the NDIS Payment. This is useful when reconciling payments from the NDIS - identify all claim lines that have been paid on a specific date. Or change the Line Status to 'Cancelled' to seach for any cancelled claim lines.
