Consent to view the budget for Non PACE Participants
You'll probably be aware that NDIS will only provide access to a Plan's budget with consent from the Participant or their Nominee. This is managed in the NDIS MyPlace Provider Portal. Once the Plan Management agency has been given consent to view the Budget, the information will be available for Planability to present on the Budget vs Actual page.
Note: There is a limit to how many budgets that NDIS can serve to our system each hour, which may mean that the consent is not updated immediately.
If a Participant has updated their Consent in PRODA, please click on the 'refresh' button at the top of the report to update the Consent in Planability
