In July 2023 Plans have been adjusted, with funding indexed to account for pricing changes.
To access the increased budget in the Participants Plan, Agencies will need to Edit the Service Bookings accordingly.
If the Participant has given consent to view the Plan in PRODA, as Plan Manager you will be able to view the updated Approved Budget.
It is then a simple process to Edit the Service Bookings to allocate the additional funding.
If you do not have consent to view, you can edit a Service Booking, entering a high Unit Price so that you get a response from PRODA stating how much is available.
