Edit the value of a Service Booking
You can edit the allocated funding in a Service Booking to either shuffle funds around in Core or to increase if additional funds become available (see Indexation).
- Navigate to Service Bookings in the main menu and filter by Participant and Plan, or select the Participant and their current Plan to List Service Bookings.
- Click the ellipses button to the right of the Service Booking to be edited and choose Edit.
Shuffle Funding in Core
Any updates made in Service Bookings will update in PRODA immediately. If all funding in Core has been allocated across the categories, you must first reduce the Service Booking amount allocated in one category before you can add it to another.
After selecting the Service Booking to be edited, click to edit a category item from the ellipses buttons to the right:
Reduce the amount allocated by editing the Unit Price. Click to Update.
Select the Category to move the funding to and Edit the Unit price and Update.
