Back Claiming blocked from exhausted budget (New*)

Claims will be blocked from exhausted funding periods

A claim line will be blocked if it draws from a funding period where the budget has been fully utilised and no earlier released budget is available. Newly released budget cannot be used for claiming supports delivered in an earlier release period.

This behaviour aligns with NDIS Legislation.

If the support dates fall within a funding period with no or insufficient remaining budget, and there is released budget available from an earlier period that can be rolled over, the claim will NOT be blocked.

This is a setting in your agency configuration and will be set to block by default. Please contact the Support Team if you wish to remove this restriction for all PACE plans in your account.
