Getting Started (Plan Manager)

We are just as excited as you are to get started! Here are some instructions to ensure you are up and running as soon as possible.

Logging into the Planability software

  • Lookout for an email with your Planability login credentials. The subject line will include "Welcome to Planability". Use the link in the email to login, entering your Username and follow the instructions to receive a OTP (One Time Password). 
  • Create a Password.
  • Confirm your contact details and 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) preference.
  • If you are unable to locate the email, please check your spam folder, or if you have forgotten your password, please click the 'Forgot Password?' link at the login screen. A reset password email will automatically be sent to you with the subject line: "Password Reset".

Dashboard Overview

As a Plan Manager you have access to view and manage all Participants who have been associated with your login. At login you will view the main Dashboard, and you will be viewing your account at whole Agency level, so all views or listings will display for all of your participants.

To create a Service Booking or add a Service Agreement for a participant, you must first select that Participant's Plan.

View Summary Report

For an overview of your Participants and the status of their Plans, select the Summary Report.

You can sort this listing by the number of Plan Days Left - click on the column heading.

List Active Participants

To view all your assigned Participants, click on Active Participants.

Read List Active Participants for a detailed overview including how to review and edit the participant details, and add notes and documents.

Select a Participant and their Plan

Before you can create a Service Booking, Service Agreement, or a Claim, you must first select the Participant and their Plan

Service Bookings

View / Edit Service Bookings

To view all Service Bookings for a Participant, first select the Participant, then select Service Bookings > List Bookings from the left menu .

You can view all Service Bookings for all of your Participants at your agency level.

Create a Service Booking

To create a new Service Booking you will need to select the Participant and their Plan.

Select Service Bookings from the Participant dashboard, or Create Booking from the menu.

    Create and submit a Claim

    Invoices can be entered for a Service Provider (Provider Claim) or for Participant Reimbursement and can be entered individually by manual entry or by scanning, or in bulk by Bulk Upload or CSV upload.

    Note that when creating a claim, you can select an Approver if required. When submitted for approval, the designated approver will be sent an automated email to review the claim.
