Log in to Planability
You can log into Planability on any device - PC, tablet, or phone. We suggest you bookmark or favourite the login page for easy access.
Download and use the Planability app
Search and download the Planability app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
As a Carer or Support Coordinator, your account has been created for you to view the Plans of participants who are being Plan Managed through Planability. You can view the Budget, any up-to-date spend, view Statements as well as the status of any invoices for the Participant(s) you are associated with and have permission to view.

You can login at any time, on any device from the link below:
First time login process
- Lookout for an email with your Planability login credentials. The subject line will include "Welcome to Planability". Use the link in the email to login, entering your Username.
- Two Factor Authentication is required before access is given to create a Password. You can choose how you would like to receive the OTP - via email or sms. If no mobile number is saved to your profile, this will default to email.
- You will be required to create and confirm a new Password
The password requirements are displayed and turn from red to green as they are met.

- and then when logged in, you will be prompted to review your User Details and Two Factor Authentication preference (email or SMS). and Password.
- Click the menu on the left to access your next view.
- If at any stage you cannot remember your password or Username, please use the links on your account Sign-In page.

Login using the Planability app
First Time Login using the app
For all active Planability Users, upon first log in to the app, you will need to follow the steps below:
| 1. Log in with existing Planability user credentials: Username and Password | 2. Enter the Two Factor Authentication code sent to the selected email or mobile number (This step is not Mandatory for Participant Users) |
3. Create and confirm a 4-digit PIN. This PIN will be used for future secure access to the app |
