You can view all your claims that have been submitted to the NDIS from Planability
Select a Claim to view in detail
View Claims List
You can view a list of all your Claims by clicking on Claims in the left menu (1)
You can view claims from your previous plan (2)
Your Claims will be listed with the most recently entered claims at the top
You can change the date range you are viewing claims entered (3)
Filter to refine your search by invoice number or provider (4)
You can also sort the listing by column - just click on the column heading (5)
Columns explained:
Invoice number: click on an Invoice Number to view the claim details page
Plan ID: click to view your NDIS Budget report
Invoice Date: the date of the invoice
Submit Date: the date the claim was submitted to NDIS
Beneficiary: Provider or Participant
Provider: the company who provided the service
Total Amount: the total $ amount in the claim
Status: the status of the claim (Submitted / NDIS Paid )
Payment Status: Not yet paid to the beneficiary (Pending or Payable). Paid to the beneficiary (Paid)
Created at: The date when the claim was created in Planability
Understand your claim status
Status:
- Submitted: the claim has been submitted to NDIS but not yet paid
- NDIS Paid: the claim has been paid by NDIS
- Rejected: the claim has been rejected by an Approver
- Cancelled: the claim has been cancelled by your Plan Manager
Payment Status:
- Pending: payment to the Provider or Participant is awaiting submission to NDIS
- Payable: NDIS have paid the claim. The amount can now be paid to the beneficiary
- Paid: the Provider or Participant have been paid
Select a Claim to view in Detail
To view your claim in more detail, click on the Invoice Number (in green). This will take you to the Claim Details page.
From here you can download a copy of the invoice to your device by clicking on the link in Notes & Documents in the top right of the screen; and view the claim details and added services.
