How do I view my claims?

You can view all your claims that have been submitted to the NDIS from Planability. View on your web browser or on your Planability App.

View Claims List via your Planability App:

Select Claims at the bottom of your screen:

Scroll down to view a summary of your claims. Click on the Invoice Number (highlighted in green) to view the claim information in more detail.
If the Claim has been sent to you for approval, you can approve or reject it from here. Scroll down on the Claim Details page first to review the services being claimed and view the Invoice. If you reject the claim you’ll need to enter a reason so that your Plan Manager can handle it correctly.

 

View Claims via your web browser:

To view a listing of Claims:

  • Click on Claims in the left menu

Please note that the date range will default to show claims over the last 30 days. You can change the date range by clicking into the Date From or Date To field and selecting from the calendar picker.

To view a Claim:

  • Click on the invoice number.

On the Claim Details page you can view the invoice and the claim details.

Understand your claim status

Status:

  • Submitted: the claim has been submitted to NDIS but not yet paid
  • NDIS Paid: the claim has been paid by NDIS
  • Rejected: the claim has been rejected by an Approver
  • Cancelled: the claim has been cancelled by your Plan Manager

Payment Status:

  • Pending: payment to the Provider or Participant is awaiting submission to NDIS
  • Payable: NDIS have paid the claim. The amount can now be paid to the beneficiary
  • Paid: the Provider or Participant have been paid
