Group and Centre Based Social and Community Participation Support codes have been discontinued from 1 January 2024. They remain available to claim for services provided up to 31 December 2023.
The transitional pricing arrangements for group and centre based social and community participation supports ended on 31 December 2023.
The new pricing arrangements must be used for services provided from 1 January 2024
When a discontinued code is used, Planability will warn that the 'This item code is unavailable for the service dates':
The Claim lined should be edited to update the support code.

Edit Claim - how to update the support code and resubmit to NDIS
- Click on the Invoice number to view the Claim Details Page
- Scroll down to check the error message for the claim line(s) with issues. If the error is as shown above, edit the claim line:
- From the top right of the screen, click to Edit the claim
- The claim line with issues will show the Status - Entered
- Click on the ellipses buttons to the right to edit the line
- Change the support item code to one of the codes listed above in this article.
- Update
- Confirm
- Resubmit claim
