Not receiving emails on BigPond / Telstra email

Some emails sent to @bigpond.com / Telstra addresses may be blocked before they reach your inbox or spam folder due to Telstra’s server‑level filtering.

What to do

  1. Go to https://email.telstra.com and log in via a web browser
  2. Check your Junk folder and move any missing emails to your Inbox
  3. Go to Settings → Mail → Blocked Senders
  4. Add the sender’s email address or domain (e.g. *@companydomain.com) to Safe Senders
  5. Save changes and ask the sender to resend the email

Still not working?

Contact Telstra Technical Support (13 39 33) and ask them to remove any server‑side email blocks on your account.
