Check your Agency Usage Report to monitor the number of claims created, claims scanned (including a page count); and your Peak Participant count.
Dicector users and Plan Managers with elevated Agency permission can view the Agency Usage Report.
To view:
1. Navigate to Agency Settings > Usage Report
2. Use the Date picker to select the date range of the report.
The report shows the Peak Participant count for the range along with the number of claims created and the number of claims and pages scanned.
