      Plans

      View all or filter a listing of all Plans showing a summary of approved budget; Service Booking allocated amounts; Budget Consent status; setup costs claimed status

      The listing under Plans >All Plans will display all Plans for all Active Participants. The listing can be sorted by Column Heading or filtered using the Search Options available.

      All Plans Column Headers explained:

      PACE Start Date

      The Initial start date of the PACE plan

      Start Date

      End Date

      The Start and End Date of the current PACE period, or the active legacy Plan Dates

      Approved Budget

      With Budget Consent this amount is the total Approved Plan Managed budget for the Plan

      Without Budget Consent (non-PACE): this amount is drawn from the Service Booking Allocated values.

      SB Allocated
      (Service Booking Allocated)

      PACE Plans: Will show as $0.00 

      Non-Pace (Legacy) Plans: this amount is drawn from the Service Booking Allocated values. If there is Budget Consent, the value will be the full Service Booking value, even if there are Service Bookings from a previous Plan Manager.

      Spend

      The value of the current spend on the Plan

      Remaining

      The value of the remaining budget on the Plan

      Active (Yes / No)

      Identifies if the Plan is the current active Plan Yes  = Active
      No = No longer Active

      Budget Consent: (Yes / No)

      If Budget Consent = Yes, your Participant has given consent to your agency to view the approved budget on the Plan. 

      If Budget Consent = No, you do not have Consent to view the Budget. Values shown in the Approved Budget column are drawn from the SB Allocated amount and may not reflect the true approved budget amount.

      Setup Cost Claimed (Yes / No)

      Identifies if the Setup Cost has been claimed on this Plan.
      When flagged as Yes, no further attempt to claim a setup fee will be made regardless of available funds.

      (you can manually mark the setup costs as claimed if they have already been claimed outside of Planability)
      Budget Consent (Yes / No)

      If Budget Consent = Yes, your Participant has given consent to your agency to view the approved budget on the Plan. 

      If Budget Consent = No, you do not have Consent to view the Budget. Values shown in the Approved Budget column are drawn from the SB Allocated amount and may not reflect the true approved budget amount.

      PACE (Yes / No)

      Yes = PACE Plan
      No = Legacy Plan
