PRODA B2B Device Setup

A PRODA B2B Device allows Planability to connect to the NDIS systems to retrieve and send data for your agency.

While we are more than happy to meet with you via Google Meet and run you through this process, we understand that some circumstances may prevent this. If you are completing these steps outside of a meeting, please feel free to contact the Credability Systems Support team on 1300 034 998 or by email with any questions.

To register a B2B Device for an organisation, you must be an authorised representative and have access to the organisation from your individual PRODA account. For more information on managing members of an organisation within PRODA, click here.

  1. Log into the PRODA website/portal.

  2. Once logged in, you should see a page similar to the screenshot below with ‘Profile’, ‘Services’, ‘Organisations’ and ‘Logout’ links on the top right. If you do not see these options, you may have clicked too far in and may be in the NDIS myPlace Provider Portal instead. If this is the case, log out and back in.

  3. Click on the ‘Organisations’ link on the top right of the page in the top bar.

  4. Click on the relevant agency name in your list of organisations.

  5. Click on the blue ‘Service Provider’ drop down/bar.

    1. If you already have ‘NDIS API’ in the list here, skip this step.

    2. If you do not have ‘NDIS API’ in the list, click on the blue ‘Add Service Provider’ button.

    3. Select ’NDIS API’ and save.

  6. Click on the blue ‘B2B Devices’ drop down/bar.

    1. Click on the blue ‘Register New B2B Device’ button.

  7. A ‘Register New B2B Device’ page will appear. You will need to enter the details as below, populating your Agency ID as provided via email.

    • PRODA Device Name: (Provided to you via email)

    • Description: Production device for Planability

  8. Once you have created the device, the same page will display several codes. Please make note of the 'Device Activation Code' and the 'PRODA RA (Organisation)' codes as they will need to be passed on.

  9. On the same page, you will see a section called ‘Device Attributes’.

    1. Inside the ‘Device Attributes’ section, you will see a blue ‘Assign Device Attributes’ button - click this.

    2. Select the ‘NAPI_PROVIDER_CATALOGUE’ option and then click the ‘Assign Device Attribute’ button to save.

  10. Reply to your onboarding welcome email with a copy of the B2B Device codes (Device Activation Code and PRODA RA).
