All claims in Planability have the invoice attached as a pdf, jpeg or png file. Users can view the claim and invoice by clicking on the invoice number. You can view the invoice from the Claim Details page
The invoice file is attached in the Notes & Documents section on a Claim Details page:
Note: For Plan Manager and Director users, there is an additional link to the invoice at the bottom of the claim page. This link will open the attachment in the browser.
