Unable to view pdf invoice attachment

All claims in Planability have the invoice attached as a pdf, jpeg or png file. Users can view the attachment by clicking on the link on the Claim Details page. If the attachment does not open, check your browser settings

The invoice file is attached in the Notes & Documents section on a Claim Details page:
If you click on the attachment link, your browser will try to download the file and then open it. If the PDF doesn't open, it could be because your browser is blocking pop-ups from opening in a new tab.
To change the block setting follow the instructions below:

Safari

navigate to Settings > Safari > Block Pop-ups - toggle this to off (no colour) and then try again.
The browser will warn about the pop up, and the user can select "Allow".

Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked.
  3. In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked .
  4. Click the link for the pop-up you want to check.
  5. To always allow pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site] Done.

Note: For Plan Manager and Director users, there is an additional link to the invoice at the bottom of the claim page. This link will open the attachment in the browser.
