If a Participant's Last Name or Date of Birth have changed in PRODA you need to update them in Planability to match
The Last Name, Date of Birth and NDIS numbers are the NDIS Identifiers which enable Planability to find the Participant and Plan and to receive budget updates.
If either the Last Name or Date of Birth change (which occasionally happens after a Plan Review), you can update the details via the Participant Details page.
Update NDIS Identifiers
Navigate to the Participant Details page
Click on the context menu at the top right of the page
Select 'Edit NDIS Identifiers'
edit the required field and Save
