Update Support Coordinator or Carer Permissions

Manage the permissions for the Support Coordinator or Carer in relation to a Participant, including the ability to approve claims and receive monthly statements.

Edit Permissions

From the Participant Details page, you can manage the permissions of the Support Coordinator or Carer in relation to a Participant.

  • Scroll down to the relevant Associated contacts section (Support Coordinators / Carers), 
  • click on the ellipses buttons to the right of the contacts details.
  • Choose Edit to update the permissions in relation to the Participant. 
  • Select or deselect Claim Approver; Receive Plan Report

NOTE: You cannot edit the contact details for a Support Coordinator or Carer. They will be able to update their own contact details and OTP preferences from their own Profile when logged in.


Remove Association

You can Remove the association between the Participant and the Support Coordinator or Carer by clicking Remove. The User will no longer be able to view the Participant and Plan details from their login. 

  • Scroll down to the relevant Associated contacts section (Support Coordinators / Carers), 
  • click on the ellipses buttons to the right of the contacts details.
  • Choose Remove to remove the association between the Participant and Support Coordinator / Carer.
