PACE Historical APIs
We have integrated the newly available API's to display previous plan budgets and goals for PACE participants after a reassessment.
Once viewing the PACE information, the Plan, Budget and Goals will be available for the current Plan Period and you can select to view the Budget and Goals of a previous Plan Period via a drop down on the page.
Previously, when a participant with a PACE plan was reassessed, the information on the previous plan period became unavailable to access through the APIs. The NDIA made this information available recently, so Planability now has the facility to access this information.
Optional - Automatic Claim of Set Up Fees for a reassessed PACE plan
Agencies can now opt in for the automatic claiming of a set up fee on a reassessed PACE Plan.
This option will give agencies more control over claiming the set up fee after a reassessment.
When a PACE plan has been reassessed it is not given a new Plan ID, however, since the start and end dates of the plan have changed, and in some cases the structure of the plan, it is reasonable to claim new set up fees.
By default the software will NOT claim the set up fee automatically. To request an update to your Agency setting, please contact support@credsys.com.au
Plan Reassessment Email notifications for Agency Directors and Plan Managers
When a PACE plan is reassessed, a notification email will be sent to the Agency Plan Managers and Director accounts.
Plan End Email notifications for Agency Directors and Plan Managers
A notification email will be sent to Plan Managers and Directors when a Plan ends. This will help identify if a Participant has been exited from the NDIS so that their account can be promptly archived in Planability.
In the past, when a plan ends, the participant and their contacts have been notified by email, now these plan ended emails will be also sent to the Plan Managers and Directors accounts.
'Hold for Review' option for claims that are submitted or with 'NDIS Paid' or 'NDIS PAID Override' status
Claims can now be manually held from processing to the Provider Payment stage by placing on Hold for Review.
These claims will not be payable to the provider whilst held, and will be listed in Claims for Review > Manually Held for Review tab.
Tip: This option is recommended for claims which have been flagged for review by the Payment Integrity Team. Upon receiving notification that a claim is pending investigation, you can manually 'Hold for Review'. Before marking the claim as reviewed and resuming regular processing, we recommend confirming that the funds have been deposited into your account and/or checking in PRODA to ensure the claim is either approved or cancelled. This helps avoid discrepancies in Planability, especially if the Payment Integrity Team marks a claim as Paid and then cancels it immediately afterward.
Budget Forecast consumption date
We have made an adjustment to the forecasted consumption date for categories where the trend is very low expenditure. Planability will now display that the funds are sufficient to last to the end date rather than providing the predicted future date which would have been beyond the plan end date.
Additional pronoun options in the participant profile
Additional pronoun choices of She/They or He/They have been added to the options in the Participant profile page.
Improved handling of invalid attachment types for Mailbox Ingestion
Emails containing multiple scannable attachments will no longer be held up in processing due to the presence of one or more unscannable files. Planability now scans all scannable documents on the Bulk Import page, while any attachments with unsupported file formats will be redirected to the designated issues email address for further review.
