View a Claim - Claim Details

View the details of a claim. Access the invoice and view the list of support items/ added services.

To view the details of a claim, click on the Invoice Number

The Claim Details show:

  • the Participant Name, NDIS Number, Plan ID and Plan Dates.
  • The date and time the Claim was created
  • The Provider ABN and Name, Invoice Number and Invoice Date
  • If the claim has been submitted to NDIS, the Submitted date and time will show.

View a copy of the Invoice by clicking on the Invoice File link under Notes & Documents

To view additional detail about the Added Services, click on the Support Item code.
