View the details and status of a claim, the invoice and the support items/ added services.
To view the details of a claim, click on the Invoice Number. You can view a listing of all Claims from the main menu and dashboard, or view Claims specific to a Plan by first selecting the Participant and their Plan.

The Claim Details show:
- the Invoice Number and Provider and invoice date
- the Participant Name, NDIS Number, Plan ID and Plan Dates.
- the date and time the Claim was created
- the status of the claim. If the claim has been submitted to NDIS, the Submitted date and time will show.
