As a Support Coordinator or a Carer user in Planability you can view the Plan Managed budget on the Budget vs Actual report.
The Budget vs Actual report shows the Plan Managed budget.
To view: Click on the Plan ID number from your Summary Report
or after selecting a Participant by clicking on their name, by selecting Budget vs Actual from the left menu
The software will always default to show you details on the current plan, but you can switch to view a previous plan by clicking the Switch Plan option in the left menu and then selecting from the available options.
