As a Support Coordinator or a Carer user in Planability you can view a Participant's Plan with access to their live budget information, Goals, claims and statements.
Access the Current Plan
The NDIS Plan view in Planability shows the current live budget information, Goals and Forecast Report (Support Coordinators only).
You can access it by clicking on the Participants Name or Plan ID from the Summary Report or Participant Listing.
If you have a large number of participants associated with your account, you may find it quicker to use the Find Participant search field at the top of the screen.
Access a previous Plan
The software will always default to show you details of the current plan, but you can switch to view a previous plan by clicking the Switch Plan option in the left menu and then selecting from the available options.
