Your Plan Management Agency has created a profile for you in Planability. This shows your contact details and settings selected for your account.
To view your Profile, click on your name at the top right of the screen (1)
Select Profile
You can view your contact details in the first section.
Below that are your Plans visible to you in Planability. Click on the Plan ID number to view your NDIS Budget.
Scroll down to view your Contacts, Associated Support Coordinators and Associated Carers.
If there is someone listed as an Associated Support Coordinator or a Carer, they will also have access to Planability to view your Plan, Budget and Claims.
You can see if they are selected as a Claim Approver and / or to receive a copy of your Monthly Plan Report (Statement).
