Your Plan Management Agency has created a profile for you in Planability. This shows your contact details and the details of anyone else who has access to your Plan as a Support Coordinator or a Carer.
Your profile has been created by your Plan Manager. If any of your details need updating, please contact your Plan Manager.Table of Contents:

- Click on the Shield at the top right of your screen
- select Profile
(note: From your Profile settings you can view your Profile; Change your Password or your PIN and select which notifications you want to receive from the app.)
View your profile, expand each section by clicking on the down arrow.

To view your Profile:
- click on your name at the top right of the screen
- Select Profile
- Expand each section to view the details
- view your Contacts, Associated Support Coordinators and Associated Carers. You can see if they are selected as a Claim Approver and / or to receive a copy of your Monthly Plan Report (Statement).
Your Contacts do not have access to your Plan and information in Planability.
Your Associated Support Coordinators and Carers have their own Planability account and can view your Plan and information when logged in.
