View All Service Agreements
To access all Service Agreements for every Participant, navigate to the main Dashboard or the Main Menu and select the Service Agreements option.
You can refine your search by Provider, Participant, Plan, or Historical Plans/Agreements, and use column filters as needed for a more targeted view.
View Service Agreements for a Plan
To view Service Agreements for a Participant and their current Plan, select the Participant and then select List Agreements from the menu.
To view Service Agreements from a historical period of a PACE Plan, simply check the box labeled Include Historical Plan SA.
All Service Agreements associated with the selected Plan or PACE Plan Period will be displayed, including those for Historical PACE plans if that option is chosen.
To access Service Agreements from a prior Plan, click on 'Switch Plan' in the left menu and select the Plan from the list.
List Agreements: Service Agreements and Service Agreement Items
Service Agreements lists the Parent Service Agreements. The agreement number starts with Axxx
- The Start and End Dates correspond to the Parent Agreement. While there may be Service Agreement items associated with this agreement that have different start and end dates, these must still fall within the overall timeframe of the Parent Agreement.
- The Contract Amount represents the total value of the agreement, which can encompass multiple items.
- The External Spend Amount refers to expenditures that have occurred outside of Planability, meaning no claims will be recorded in Planability for this amount.
- The Total Amount indicates the funds reserved for the provider after accounting for any external spending.
- The Pending Amount pertains to claim lines that have been entered into Planability but have not yet been submitted.
- The Processed Amount represents the claims that have been submitted through Planability
- while the Remaining Amount indicates the balance that is still available.
Service Agreement Items lists all items entered under the Parent agreement. They may be entered for a support category or item and their start and end dates must fall within the Parent agreement start and end dates.
Use the options to the right of each Agreement Item to edit or delete.
