Add Planability to your Safe Senders list

Ensure you always receive emails directly to your inbox by completing the below steps for your email platform.

You will receive several emails from Planability depending on your user role type. You can view a full list of the emails and their templates here – Email Templates.

Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail

Mark Planability emails as safe (not spam).

Microsoft Support Article

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the Junk Email folder.
  2. Click to open or preview any Planability email.
  3. On the Home tab, click ‘Junk’ near the left side of the menu and then ‘Never Block Sender’s Domain’.
  4. If not automatically moved, click and drag the email to your Inbox or desired folder. You can also mark it as ‘not spam’ within the same Junk submenu.

Gmail

Mark Planability emails as safe (not spam).

Google Support Article

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. Find and open your Spam folder using the left menu.
  3. Open a Planability email.
  4. Click the ‘Not spam’ button at the top of the email.

Ensure Planability is not listed as a blocked address or being filtered by spam.

Google Support Article

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. Near the top right of the page, click the Settings cogwheel then ‘See All Settings’.
  3. Navigate to the ‘Filters and Blocked Addresses’ tab.
  4. If Planability is listed as a blocked sender, unblock it.

Yahoo Mail

Mark Planability emails as safe (not spam).

Yahoo Mail Support Article

  1. Open Yahoo Mail.
  2. Find and open your Spam folder using the left menu.
  3. Open a Planability email.
  4. Click the ‘Not spam’ button to move the message to your inbox.
