If you notice that a PACE participant's budget is displaying as $0.00 in Planability, there are several potential reasons for this. However, a quick check can help you identify the issue and may resolve it right away.

Sync the Budget
Start by clicking the sync button at the top of the page.
This action sends a request through the NDIS APIs to update the budget information. If you are endorsed through PACE and have the necessary access, this will refresh the budget in Planability and re-establish the connection to the participant's plan.
If syncing does not resolve the issue, check for access to the budget in PACE.

If you cannot see the budget information, it indicates that the relationship has not been setup correctly, ensure that you are properly endorsed as the Plan Manager and Service Provider.

If you can see the budget in PACE, verify the NDIS Identifiers match the data in Planability, specifically the last name and date of birth (DOB).
If either of these details has changed and no longer matches the participant's record in Planability, the connection to the budget will have been lost.

To rectify this, you can update the information in Planability. Navigate to the participant details page and select 'edit NDIS identifiers' from the top right menu.
Identify PACE Plans where access to the Budget has been lost
Additionally, you can conduct a search in Planability for any plans with a zero budget. Go to Plans > All Plans, filter by Active and PACE, and click the column heading to sort by value. This will help you identify any plans where you currently cannot view the budget.
