Planability App - FAQ's

We have compiled answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the Planability App.

What mobile devices will the Planability App work on?

The app will work current devices with Apple iOS 12 or higher and Android 6 or higher.
The operating system requirements can be viewed on the app details in the app store or google play store.

Can I use the App on my phone and iPad?

Yes, just download the app to each device and login using your username and password. Once you have set up your 4-digit pin code to access the app you can use the code on all your devices.

Where can I download the App from?

Search and download the Planability app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store: The app store links below will take you to the Store.

I've just received my Welcome Email - what do I do now?

If you are accessing Planability for the first time - you will need to log in via the link in your Welcome Email.

Click on the link in your email. Planability will open in your web browser. You will be asked to create a password and finalise your log in steps.

If you have already downloaded the Planability App, you can close your web browser and open the Planability App.

1. Log in using your username and the password you have just created. Please note, your username is NOT your Email address. 

2. If you have Two - Factor Authentication set on your account, you will need to enter a code sent to your mobile or email - whichever is selected in your profile setting.

3. Create a 4-digit pin code. In the future, you will use this code to access the app and will not have to enter your username and password, unless you log out completely.

1. Log in with existing Planability user credentials: Username and Password 2. Enter the Two Factor Authentication code sent to the selected email or mobile number 3. Create and confirm a 4-digit PIN. This PIN will be used for future secure access to the app 

Can I approve Invoices from the Planability App?

Yes! If you are the selected approver for a Claim you can approve it from the App.

And, if you have the Push Notification 'Notify when a claim is pending approval' ON, you will receive a notification from the App. Clicking on the notification will take you straight to the invoice. 

You can check out your Push Notification settings by clicking on the Shield at the top right corner of your app. Select 'Notification Settings' and toggle ON (green) for the ones you want to receive and OFF (grey) for the ones you don't. You can change these settings at any time.

Can I update any of the information shown in the Planability App?

You can edit your own Profile information and Push Notifications settings, Password and PIN.

What can I see in the App?

You can view your Claims, Statements and up-to-date Plan Budget information.

Support Coordinators and Carers can see the same for all the Participants they are associated with in Planability.
