Make Service Agreements Mandatory
Service Agreements can be designated as mandatory for all participants through a global setting in your agency's configuration. By default, this feature is disabled; however, once activated for your agency, claims cannot be processed without an existing agreement in place.
It is important to note that this global setting can be modified for individual participants through their Profile Settings. For example,
- If Service Agreements are set as mandatory for the agency, this requirement can be disabled for specific participants, allowing you to submit claims without an agreement.
- Conversely, if Service Agreements are not generally required, they can be made mandatory for select participants as needed.
