Elevated User Permissions
We have introduced elevated permissions for Plan Manager profiles, allowing Agencies to grant / remove access to certain functions and views for individual Plan Managers.
Of note:
- Agencies can now prevent individual users with Plan Manager access from cancelling claims; and from creating / editing Providers.
- Agencies can now grant access for individual users with Plan Manager access to create Payment Batches and download ABA and BPay files.
We are maintaining the equivalent existing access permissions in this update but permissions can be updated by Directors by editing a Plan Managers' profile:

Claim Line - Available budget
When adding a claim line we are improving the visibility of how much of the remaining Budget is available and where unavailable amounts are being held.
Support Category displays the remaining budget based on Service Bookings and Claims Submitted.
Available Budget displays how much is available after Pending Claims and funds reserved by Service Agreements.
Unavailable Amount displays how much is held by pending claims or Service Agreements.
Generate Statements on demand
This feature is available for Directors, Plan Managers, Support Coordinators and Carers.
Generate Participant Statements on demand from the Active Participant listing
or from Statements when viewing by Participant Plan.
The Statement will download as a pdf to your device.
NDIS Budget categories link to Claims Report
Categories displayed in the NDIS Budget now hyperlink to generate a Claims Report filtering claims for that support category for the duration of the selected Plan.
Scan: Save & Wait - redirect to Claim Details
When using the Scan feature to create a claim, 'Save & Wait' will now direct you to the Claim Details page instead of Claims for Review. This allows you to view and edit the claim immediately the scan data is received.
ABN already in use - Warning
Planability will warn (but not prevent entry) if a provider is added with an ABN already in use. This will help eliminate the possibility of creating duplicate Provider profiles.
Claim Line Report: Service Agreement assignment
When downloaded, a Claim Line Report now includes a column for Service Agreement Amount (SA Amount). This displays the $value of any claim line that has been claimed against a Service Agreement.
Participant Age displayed
We have added an Age field to locations where we previously showed D.O.B. as well as an Age column in the Active Participant listing. This will make it easier to identify minors.
