View a listing of Participants who have a Plan, Budget or Service Booking warning generated for them.
Warning Participants listing
The Warning Participants listing displays participants and their Plans which have triggered a warning in Planability. Warnings are generated when:
- the money spent to date in any category as a % of the budget is greater than the % time passed in the Plan (shown as Over Budget).
- the plan is within 50 days of expiry (shown with the number of days to expiry)
- there are no Plan Managed Service Bookings created (shown as SB Alert).
Plan Managers will be able to view only those Participants that have been associated with their user profile, unless they have elevated Participants permissions enabled on their account.
Warning Participants Reports - Daily and Weekly emails
Daily and weekly emails are generated and sent to Plan Managers (with participant association) and Directors.
Expiring Plans report is generated when a plan is 90, 60 30 and 1 day from expiration.
Warning Participants - daily highlights any participants who may require attention due to pending expiry or potential budget issues
