Service Agreement Structure

Service Agreements consist of a primary agreement, known as the parent agreement (1), along with associated secondary agreements - Agreement Items, also referred to as child agreements (2).

Parent Agreement - Service Agreement

Only one parent agreement is permitted for each provider within a specific plan. This agreement can span any duration that falls within the designated plan start and end dates.

The parent agreement has a Service Agreement ID which is a 12 digit number preceded with 'A', eg., A240960000051

Child Agreement - Service Agreement Item

There can be multiple items added to the parent agreement. Their dates must fall within the Parent agreement dates. Items can be entered for a category or for a specific item.

If there are multiple items for the same category or same item code, their dates cannot overlap.

The child agreement has an Item ID which is a 12 digit number preceded with 'T', eg., T250360000556
