Scheduled send for Monthly Statement Reports to start from 9.00am AEST
The emails for the Monthly Statement Reports will now be sent from 8.00am onwards on the 1st of each month. We received some feedback regarding the timing of these emails and that some were receiving them in the early hours.
Additional Field in Participant Address Details: NDIS Region
You can now select the NDIS Region via a pull-down menu in the Participant Details form.
The field is not currently mapped to the Suburb data, but is available to be manually set.
Fix: Hover to show Top Pinned Note on Active Participant
The expanded view of the top pinned note in the Active Participant listing was not displaying correctly. This has been fixed so you can hover over the note icon to view a note in full.
PROVIDER Name - Lower / Upper case option
The Provider name will be saved in the format in which it is entered. Until now, the name would update to all UPPER case.
If you like your Provider names to be uniform in their format - All UPPER case, or Capitalised, please let us know and we will update them for you.
