PACE participants managed in Planability Approved Budgets and Goals Budget Report and Statement update.

PACE Participants: Plans Managed in Planability

We have developed the integration with the NDIS API's to be able to view Approved Budgets and make claims for PACE Participants in Planability.

PACE participants are identified in Planability as PACE Managed and their Plan ID will be PACE.

There is no change to the Claim creation flow in Planability except that when adding a Claim Line you will only be able to choose from categories where budget is allocated, and the Service Booking field will display 'Not Applicable' since PACE plans do not use Service Bookings.

For PACE Participants the Budget vs Actual Report displays Approved Budget, along with any Service Agreement allocated amounts.

The Budget and Goals are accessed from the left menu.

All Participants: Approved Budgets and Goals

This update also allows us to display Approved Budgets and Goals for Participants who have granted Agencies 'Consent to View' their Plan.

TIP: Identify the Plans for which you do NOT have Consent to view from the All Plans listing. Filter for Active Plans with no Consent and download a .csv

To accommodate this, the Budget vs Actual Report for non-Pace Managed Participants has been updated to include a column for Approved Budget alongside Service Booking Allocated amounts.

The value in Service Booking allocated amounts is the amount we have historically shown in the budget report and reflects the value of Service Bookings only, which may differ from the Approved Budget amount.  

Because it is possible to move funding around in Core Supports, the Service Booking Allocated amount for a Core Category may exceed the Approved Budget amount. 

If your participant has not granted consent to view their Plan, the report will display only the Budget allocated by Service Bookings as shown below. 

The orange alert confirms that the budget values for this plan/participant are not currently available to the plan management agency. The participant or nominee will need to provide consent for the budget information to be shown. The information and values in the report are based on the available service bookings.

All Participants: Budget Report and Statement update

The NDIS Budget report and Monthly Statement will now show only those categories that have Approved and/or Allocated Budget, removing any categories from view that have no budget.

Creating Service Bookings - with Budget Consent 

When creating a Service Booking for Plans on which you have Consent to View, the Approved Budget and any existing Service Booking Allocated Budget will display below:

For new Plans, the Approved Budget will not display until you have created an initial Plan Managed Service Booking. 

Creating Service Bookings - with no Budget Consent 

When creating a Service Booking for Plans on which you do not have Consent to View, budget information will not display below.
