The updates detailed below were published to our Production environment at 9 PM 01 March.
Preventing concurrent editing in Claims for Review
With the increased use of Bulk Scanning and the subsequent large volume of created claims being picked up by Users from Claims for Review, we have introduced a lock on claims that are being edited. This makes it evident when a User has already picked up the claim and is editing it and will prevent another User from editing it at the same time.
The lock icon will show in Claims for Review:
A second User can view the Claim Details page, but will be unable to select to Edit, Submit or Mark as Reviewed whilst it is being edited by another User:
2. From Claims For Review, a second User can select the Claim to view the Edit Claim page, but will be unable to make any edits. The claim will have the lock icon at the top which when hovered over identifies the User who is editing it.
If required, a second User can take over from the first User who is editing the claim. Click on the Lock Icon and select the checkbox to take over the Claim. Select Yes.
If the checkbox is not selected, the first User will be prevented from editing further, unless they navigate back to Edit the Claim. The other User will have taken over the Claim.
Assign claims to a User
Agencies using Bulk Import can now assign claims to a Plan Manager from the Bulk Import dashboard, Claims for Review and All Claims.
To assign claims from the bulk import list, select a User Name from the drop-down menu. All of the claims selected below for processing will be assigned to that user unless they are not associated with the participant and do not have elevated Participant permission.

Claims can also be assigned to a User from any Claims listing.
1. Click on the Icon to reveal a list of available Users (Plan Managers / Directors) and select.
2. Users can filter claims listing by Assigned To
URL in Notes and Documents
URLs entered into a Note in Notes & Documents are now clickable. Agencies can use this to link to specific pages in Planability such as a Claim or external links.
PRODA Notification - PRODA device is about to expire
Planability will generate and send an email to Director users 7 days before the PRODA B2B device will expire. This is in addition to the email they will receive from PRODA.
Action needs to be taken to avoid disconnection. More information can be found here:

Participant Postcode Override
Directors and Plan Managers can apply a Suburb Override on a Participant Profile.
It is now possible to override a participant so that they are remote or very remote even if their suburb is not. This will allow increases (or decreases) to the max price list for this participant only and not others in the same suburb.
Note: The NDIS will not permit claims if their records do not show that the participant is in a remote or very remote area.
Plan Manager Elevated Permissions - Participants - view Associated Participants
A Plan Manager with elevated Participant permission will view ALL Participants regardless of any association, but can now filter the Active Participant listing to view only those they have been associated with.
From the Active Participant Listing, select My Associated Participants in the Search Options.
Cancellation Reason - default to Other
When the Claim Type is Cancellation Charges, the Cancellation Reason will default to Other when entering the claim line manually and when the claim line is created from a scanned invoice.
Disengage Date - displayed in Archived Participant Listing
The Participants Details page has a field for both Onboard Date and Disengate Date. The Disengage Date is now displayed as a column in the Archived Participant listing.
The field can also be selected in an export of data from Reports > Participant Records.
(Tip: select to include Archived Participants)
Provider Notes - top note displayed in Provider listing
The top note on a Provider Details page is now displayed in the Active Providers listing for quick viewing
Participant's Last Login Date and Time
Some agencies require visibility of a Participant's last login date and time, for Plan Manager and Director users.
This can now be seen from the Active Participants listing
and can be exported from Reports > Participant Records
Warning on duplicate invoice number for reimbursement
The software will identify if an invoice number for a reimbursement is a duplicate for that Participant:
Warning participant list (weekly)
The weekly Warning Participant email will list the participants alphabetically by their first name. Previously they were sorted by their internal ID Number.
CLAIMS IMPORT - BULK- Archived participants identified
If an invoice is imported and scanned via Bulk Import and the Participant is Archived, it will be highlighted in the Bulk Import listing.
