When you login to Planability you will see your Plan Summary.
The Plan Summary shows your overall budget and spending and how many days are left on your current plan.
Switch between Plans
You can switch to a previous plan by selecting it from the Plan field at the top right of your screen. (1)
View Core, Capacity and Capital Building in more detail
To view more detail scroll down to show Core Supports. This is a breakdown of allocated budget in any of the Core Categories where funding is available.
You can switch to view budget in Capital Supports or Capacity Building Support categories (2)

The dial indicates how much of your available budget has been spent to date. If the dial is red, this indicates that your allocated budget has been spent, or is close to being spent. You can view how much is allocated in a category, how much has been spent, and how much is remaining.
Export a pdf of your Plan Summary
You can export a .pdf file of your Plan Summary to your device (3)
Just click on the 'Export as PDF' link in the top right of your screen.
