SMS OTP Verification required to export Participant records

In an ongoing effort to improve the way we protect the privacy and integrity of sensitive Participant data, OTP verification via SMS will be required in order to export a CSV file from Reports > Participant Records

Participant data exports will only be available to Directors and Plan Managers with Elevated Permission [Sensitive Data Download] enabled.

This permission will be OFF for all Plan Managers and will need to be enabled by Directors on an individual basis.

We have removed the option to download a .csv file from Participant listing pages.

Claims

Manual Hold For Review: Reasons

We have introduced some Reasons to help you identify why a claim has been manually held for review.

There is some further development to come in this area, but for now all claims that are created by scanning will still be held for review and no reason is required.

When manually selecting Hold for Review you will need to select a reason from the options given and enter an optional note.

Hold_Reason_Note

The Review Reason will display in the Claim Details until Marked as Reviewed.

Price Limit clickable to populate Unit Price

Copy the Price Limit on an item to the Unit Price field by clicking on the $$ icon.

New Claim Line Error notification display

View any errors on a claim line by hovering over the Error icon which will display on the Claim Details Page:

and on the Edit Claim page:

Allow date of service later than the invoice date

You will now be able to enter Support Start and End Dates that are later than the invoice date. The software will display an alert, but will not prevent the claim line from being created.

It is important to note that claims cannot be submitted to NDIS with future service dates.

Override Claims / Overriden Claims

View Overriden Claims history from Claims > Override Claims

PACE participants - Switch to Previous Plan and find missing plan

We are now able to give you access to previous Plans for PACE participants. You can switch to the previous plan and search for missing plans just as you are able to do for non-PACE participants.

Budget vs Actual Report

The Budget vs Actual report has been updated:

Importantly, the remaining balance for Core Support Categories is not shown at Category level, only Core Purpose. This is for a number of reasons including:

  • Core Support budgets can be reallocated so the calculation of remaining budget would need to come from Service Booking allocated amounts
  • Not all approved budget may be allocated to Service Bookings

For a more details refer to Budget vs Actual Report

The report also now includes an expandable explainer:

Agencies can now opt to include or exclude Standard Service Bookings from the Budget. Please contact us at support@credsys.com.au if you wish to exclude your Standard Service Bookings from your budget calculations.

Standard Booking amounts are clearly identified:

ABN checking - Valid and Active?

In addition to checking that a Provider ABN is valid, we are also verifying regularly, and before use, that the ABN is Active:

  • When creating a new Provider in Planability we check that the ABN is both Valid and Active.
  • When the first claim for a Provider is created on any given day, we will again check that the ABN is Active

Alerts: Participant and Provider

We have introduced both Participant and Provider alerts. Any pinned note can be selected to be an Alert which will pop up when you select the Participant or the Provider.

Participant Details page:

Create a claim - Participant Alert:

Create a claim - Provider Alert:

To create an Alert navigate to the Participant Details or the Provider Details page.

Add a note and select it as an Alert

or, edit an existing note and select it to be an Alert.

You can later remove the alert but the note remains saved to the record.

Custom Fields

We have made an enhancement to the Custom Fields options available to agencies (Participant Details), allowing Sections (or grouping) for the custom fields and the ability to flag some fields as visible to agency users only, which will hide the field from Participants, Support Coordinators and Carers and on the publicly available registration form.

Fix: BPay Biller Code and Reference

BPay fields now allow between 2 and 20 digits for a reference code and between 3 - 10 digits for a biller code.
