Create a new Service Provider
1. Enter the Service Provider name and ABN. If available, enter the NDIS provider no.
2. Enter the Contact Information: Name, Email and Telephone number are mandatory. The Email address will receive any Remittance Advice emails that are sent to the Service Provider.

3. Enter the Service Provider's bank details and/or BPAY details. If both are entered, select the default payment method with the radial button.
Click 'Save' to continue.
The next screen will display the saved details. From here you can enter notes, create an Alert or upload documents relevant to this Provider. Click Edit to update the details if required.
ABN checking - Valid and Active?
In addition to checking that a Provider ABN is valid, we are also verifying regularly, and before use, that the ABN is Active:
- When creating a new Provider in Planability we check that the ABN is both Valid and Active.
- When the first claim for a Provider is created on any given day, we will again check that the ABN is Active.
