PRODA B2B Device

A B2B Device lets an organisation get authorised access to a service provider with a software developer product. During Onboarding with Planability, an authorised representative registered the organisation to their individual Proda account and created a Proda B2B Device. The device requires it to be reactivated every 6 months, you receive a notification from us and Services Australia.

This message is from Services Australia. This is an automated email. Please don't reply.

The B2B Device <NAME>_Planability_Device associated with the organisation <BUSINESS NAME> RA number <NUMBER> in Provider Digital Access (PRODA), is due to expire on <DATE>.

To avoid disruption to your PRODA business transactions when using this device, you'll need to extend the date of expiry before it expires.

To extend the expiry date on this device:

  • log in to your PRODA account
  • select Organisations
  • select the name of the organisation
  • select B2B Devices
  • select the device name
  • select Extend expiry date
  • select Yes
