We’ve been working on something exciting and are proud to announce the new Planability user experience. The new design has been developed to provide you with an experience that is not only intuitive to navigate but also tailored to your needs as Plan Managers.

Following valuable feedback we have implemented additional improvements, some notable ones include:
- Improved readability: Enhanced font size and color for better clarity.
- Streamlined layout: A more intuitive design for the claim edit page.
- Quick access to key details: Essential claim information is available at a glance with additional information just a click away.

Key Updates
We understand how important it is for you to access information quickly and efficiently, and these updates are designed with that in mind. You will notice updates across all of Planability, but we've highlighted some of the new navigation and design features below.
Customise Your Column Selection
Prioritise the information that matters most to you by choosing the columns you want to see in your view. You can easily hide or show columns as needed. Your column selections will be saved until your next login, at which point all columns will be displayed again.
Easily Navigate Information Tabs
User-friendly tabs enhance your navigation experience, making it easier to find key information within the software. Whether you're searching for specific details or pressed for time, these tabs help you quickly locate what you need, minimising the need for scrolling.
Reduce Scrolling with Simplified Page Layouts
We've simplified the way you view information pages and provided expandable sections to quickly identify clusters of information. You can choose to view and edit only the information you need at any given time, making it easier to focus on what's important.

Improved Claims Processing Experience
The entire claims process has been revamped to save you time and ensure a smoother process. We've added document preview to the Claim Details page that can be expanded for easier review. You can view all the relevant information in a single layout, and edit your claims directly in-line without the need for a pop-up. The invoice number is also prominently displayed at the top of the page for easier identification.

Beta Trial Period
From 7th September 2024, on your first login you'll be given the option to select your preferred layout from a pop-up modal.
If you choose to explore the new Beta version, your preference will be remembered. You can switch back by clicking the ‘Revert to old version’ link in the bottom left corner. Please ensure you finalise any open work before proceeding.
If you choose to continue using the existing design, your choice will remain in place until the next time you log in and you will be given the option to choose again.
After this trial period, we'll be fully transitioning to the new look and feel, and we’re confident that you’ll love the enhanced Planability experience.
An Update on Service Agreements
Our Service Agreements update was previously scheduled for release at the end of August 2024.
However, the recent availability of new PACE Historical Budgets API's from NDIA has provided us with an opportunity to enhance our release with this additional functionality. With almost 40% of Planability Participants now using PACE plans, the visibility of historical budgets will be a critical component to the full functionality of Service Agreements.
We are working diligently to expedite both of these features as soon as possible.
